My name is Carolina Carvajal. I am a Spanish as a Foreign Language teacher. I grew up in Santiago, Chile, and I currently live and work in France. I enjoy traveling, discovering new places, reading, connecting with nature, and creating.
In my free time, I run scrapbooking, collage, and digital art workshops in different places around my city. For me, this is a way to share my passion for art in a broad sense with others.Me as a Teacher
I am a Spanish teacher with twenty years of experience. I hold a degree in Hispanic Studies from the Pontificia Universidad Católica of Chile and specialize in teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language. I also have a Master’s degree and a PhD in Hispanic Literature, as well as a University Expert qualification from UNED (Spain) focused on the integration of immigrants and refugees through Spanish teaching. In addition, I am an official DELE examiner for all levels, accredited by the Instituto Cervantes. I particularly enjoy online teaching and creating interactive learning materials. In my courses, I enjoy getting to know each student well and designing a study program that takes into account their needs, goals, and expectations. I also like to integrate content related to their personal interests.
I work with a communicative methodology, using grammar in context, as well as interactive and playful exercises.
I adapt my lessons to the Spanish variety that the student wants or needs to learn, whether it is neutral Spanish, Spain Spanish, or Latin American Spanish (Chilean, Argentine, etc.). My main goal is for you to learn and enjoy your classes.My teaching material
