Hello! I’m Carolyn, an American English teacher living in Mérida, Mexico. With over 3.5 years of experience, I specialize in **Business English, job interview prep, and IELTS coaching**—helping adults boost careers and confidence.
As a lifelong learner (and Spanish student myself!), I create **fun, relaxed lessons** tailored to your goals. Whether you’re a professional, student, or just curious, I’ll adapt to your level and interests.

I think everyone learns better when they feel engaged. If you are enjoying the method of learning, it will be easier to retain the information. I'm motivated the help you to learn English, but enjoy the process as well.
The majority of my students are adults who are interested in learning English to help them in business, to improve their business prospects or perhaps to find a new job. We can work on Business or General English vocabulary, based on your needs. We can chat about a wide variety of subjects or I can help you to practice for a job interview in English.
