Maggie⭐HSK/AP/Kid/IT

I really liked today's lesson. We started with reviewing some idioms, which Maggie explained. Then we focused on practicing my reading and speaking skills. Maggie takes notes and is able to provide really helpful tips for improvement. She is very knowledgeable about the exam requirements. I feel like we spend the lesson always very efficiently.

Maggie is a great teacher! She puts a lot of effort into preperation and shares summaries of different grammar structures that might otherwise be confusing for someone using the HSK books. Her explanations and examples are always very clear. Definitely would recommend booking a lesson if you want to work on your grammar.

Great lesson with Maggie! Maggie had a presentation on the Chinese zodiac, and we learned about that. I knew a little bit about it, but Maggie's lesson had a lot more detail than I knew. We also talked about the Western zodiac, and about other things like attitudes towards marriage and children in the US and China. It was a fun lesson!

Maggie helped me prepare for the HSKK exam. During each lesson, we reviewed mock test exercises as well as additional materials she had prepared to strengthen the areas I was struggling with. She is a very polite, friendly, and encouraging teacher—while also being highly professional. She gave me spot-on tips and helped me better understand the structure of the exam. After just a few lessons, I felt much more confident about the exam ahead. I really recommend taking classes with her!
