Mandarin teacher with 10-years business experience I come from a communications background, previously I worked in the PR industry in China for many years, and I lived in Europe for several years before embarking on a digital nomad lifestyle. I spent six months in South America this past winter and am currently traveling in China and Southeast Asia. I was a language student of English for many years, and I studied German, French and Spanish. I started teaching Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese in 2023 with another platform, and have gained experience teaching students of various levels. I used pdf documents and online videos for my teaching. I would prefer spending time understanding a student's preferences and their issues with Mandarin Chinese before developing the right content for teaching. I am easy going, flexible, empathetic and sensitive to a student's needs.
