Certified teacher with more than 10 years of teaching experience Hi, my name is Kasper. Since 2014, I have been working as an English teacher in schools in Chengdu, China, teaching English courses. Since 2020, I have mainly been teaching online, working for multiple teaching platforms, teaching English to all levels of students, and have accumulated rich teaching experience, whether it is children or adults, beginners or advanced learners. As for my qualifications, I have a TEFL certificate as well as a degree in social sciences. 大家好，我叫Kasper。自2014年起，我开始在中国成都的学校担任英语教师，教授英语课程。自2020年以来，我主要从事线上教学，为多个教学平台工作，教授各个学生的英语水平，积累了丰富的教学经验，无论是儿童还是成人，初学者还是高级学习者，我都有教学经验。就我的资质而言，我拥有TEFL证书以及社会科学学位。 As a teacher I´m very passionate and patient, always try to incorporate fun activities into the lessons in order to make the lessons exciting and the student to feel motivated to learn. I also have many years of teaching experience, which means I´m able to quickly assess a students prefered learning style and then choose the proper learning material based on the students learning goals and needs. 作为一名教师，我充满热情且非常有耐心。我总是尽量在课堂中融入有趣的活动，以使课程更生动有趣，让学生更有学习的动力。我也拥有多年的教学经验，这让我能够快速判断学生喜欢的学习方式，并根据学生的学习目标和需求选择合适的教学材料 My lessons will be well-structured and organized, with focus on achieving the learning goal we set together in the beginning of the lessons. I also try to keep my lessons as interactive and engaging as possible in order to inspire and motivate the students. 我的课程将会结构清晰、组织有序，重点是实现我们在课程开始时共同设定的学习目标。我也会尽量让课程具有互动性和吸引力，以激发和激励学生的学习兴趣。

Kasper is a great conversation teacher. He always has interesting questions and keeps the conversation flowing, so I never feel nervous. It feels more like chatting with a friend, and he gives me things to think about afterward. Plus, he helps me with my English. What more could you want in a teacher?
