My name is Gizem. I am a teacher of both Turkish and English. Turkish is my native language, and I speak English fluently. I'm from Turkey, and I currently live in Canada.
In my free time, I enjoy reading books, going to the gym, cooking different kinds of food, and spending time with my friends.
Benim adım Gizem. Hem Türkçe hem de İngilizce öğretmeniyim. Türkçe benim ana dilim ve İngilizceyi akıcı bir şekilde konuşuyorum. Türkiyeliyim ve şu anda Kanada’da yaşıyorum.

I have been a teacher for more than seven years. During this time, I have worked with students of all ages and levels. I have taught Turkish at language schools, and I have also worked as an English teacher at several universities in Turkey. Currently, I am teaching as a freelancer.
Yedi yılı aşkın süredir öğretmenlik yapıyorum. Bu süre içinde her yaş ve seviyeden öğrenciyle çalışma fırsatım oldu. Dil okullarında Türkçe öğretmeni olarak çalıştım, ayrıca Türkiye’de bazı üniversitelerde İngilizce öğretmenliği yaptım. Şu anda serbest (freelance) olarak ders veriyorum.My lessons & teaching style
In my lessons, I focus not only on grammar, but also on speaking, listening, vocabulary, and useful daily expressions. I always personalize my lessons according to each student’s goals and interests.
