Make French stick: native teacher, neuroscience-based methods & custom-made lessons Salut ! :) I'm Cynthia, 31, a native French speaker and former engineer who switched careers 4 years ago to teach French, the work that brings me real joy. I hold a Master's in Teaching French as a Foreign Language (High Honors), and I'm also an alumna of Centrale Nantes and Duke University. My goal is simple: make learning French more effective and more motivating, by combining solid pedagogy, creativity and technology. I teach every level from A1 to C2, one-on-one or in groups, and I tailor each lesson to your goals and the way you learn best. What makes my lessons different: - I bring French culture and daily life into every topic, so you blend in naturally with French speakers - I design a lot of custom materials to keep every lesson fun and engaging. (I can use a textbook for structure and inspiration, but I can also build exercises tailored to your own goals) - I use neuroscience-based techniques, repetition and a touch of humor so you truly remember what you learn - We work toward real-life projects that make sense for you, with a task-based approach. My classes are a safe, warm space where you can speak freely and make mistakes. I balance honest correction with real encouragement, and if you're shy, I'll gently help you find your voice.
