I am Dea, and I hold an academic background specialized in language teaching and linguistics, with a PhD in the field. For years, I've been passionately dedicated to education — working with students as well as future foreign language teachers, including at the university level, where I’ve had the opportunity to train those who will one day teach others themselves.
I have degrees in Italian, Latin, and Ancient Greek, and I’ve studied various modern languages — both out of passion and to be able to communicate with people from around the world. At the same time, I’m a practical and efficient person: I’m goal-oriented and determined, but never at the expense of enjoying the journey. I’ve been learning with Dea for some time now, and she has been an amazing teacher. She is incredibly patient and understanding, always taking the time to explain things clearly and making sure I fully grasp each topic before moving on. No matter how many questions I ask, she approaches them with encouragement and positivity, which makes me feel comfortable and confident during our lessons.
I truly look forward to every lesson with her. Since she became my teacher, I’ve seen a significant improvement in my understanding of the Italian language—especially when it comes to those tricky grammar rules. Her supportive teaching style has made learning both effective and enjoyable.
