Hi, I'm Elisa!
I grew up bilingual in Austria, speaking both Bulgarian and German and I learned English at a very early age. At 19, I started traveling and that’s when I picked up Spanish. I also completed part of my studies in Spain.
I hold a degree in Comparative Literature, where I explored the deeper connections between language, culture, and storytelling. For me, language is much more than just a tool—it's the logic through which we construct our world and beliefs.
For the past few years, I’ve been living in my Van, traveling around Europe, organizing mindfulness events, and sharing my passion for yoga as a teacher at festivals.Me as a Teacher
I’ve always been fascinated by languages and how they shape the way we see the world. I truly believe the best way to learn is through real, meaningful conversations. My mission is to make your learning journey enjoyable and practical. I love sharing tools and everyday strategies that helped me integrate new languages into my own life. In my lessons, I offer a calm, supportive space where you can build confidence, grow at your own pace, and feel comfortable making mistakes as part of the process. My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are fully tailored to your goals and learning style. We'll focus on natural, meaningful conversations while practicing vocabulary and grammar in real-life contexts. I’ll help you speak more fluently, offering gentle corrections and supportive feedback.
Something special I offer is the chance to bring mindfulness into our lessons. As a yoga teacher I’ve learned how powerful it is to start with a calm, focused mind. If you like, we can begin each session with a short mindfulness or breathing exercise to help you fully arrive in the learning space. I’ve found that when we’re present and relaxed, learning becomes not only more effective but also much more enjoyable.My teaching material

Elisa is a great teacher. She explains everything clearly, creates a relaxed atmosphere, and is very patient when I’m speaking. I always feel comfortable asking questions, and she adapts the lesson to exactly what I need. I really enjoy learning with her and definitely recommend her.

Elisa is an outstanding teacher who uses very novel methods to guide and gently correct the student. She is creative and engaged, motivated and thoughtful in the way that she structures lessons to strike a balance between free-flowing conversation while inserting valuable Grammer lessons and assigning relevant homework. I have used several tutors on italki and she is clearly the best. Strongly recommend her!

Elisa ist eine exzellente Lehrerin. In jeder Unterrichtsstunde bietet sie unterschiedliche Übungen und Themen an und bereitet sich gut vor, um interessante Lernmethoden zu vermitteln. Sie gibt stets konstruktives Feedback und richtet den Unterricht nach den Zielen der SchülerInnen aus. Sie ist sehr ruhig, freundlich und sympathisch. Ich fühle mich sehr wohl bei ihr und kann sie wärmstens empfehlen.
