[Adults Only] 10 years experience, Thai Language Teacher Hi! Sawatdee ka! I’m Kruu Huda (“Kruu” means “teacher”) from Thailand. I’ve been teaching Thai since 2016, and in 2022, I was honored to receive the Outstanding Teacher Award from the Ministry of Education. I love watching anime, reading manga (such as Kimetsu no Yaiba, Detective Conan, Spy x Family, etc.), and playing computer games. I specialize in teaching adults. I focus on natural Thai and aim to help my students speak in a way that sounds authentic, unlike the stiff language often found in textbooks, and understand native speakers with confidence. I also enjoy teaching Thai reading and writing, and I have several techniques to help my students understand them more easily. I prepare lesson materials in the form of worksheets or slides, and after each lesson, I send them to my students. I use real-life examples that are relevant to you, along with role-plays to help you better understand the language. I encourage my students to practice a lot during lessons rather than just follow a “repeat-after-me” approach. My lessons are a mix of fun and relaxed, while still being structured and focused.
