Hi! My name is Sarah, a native speaker of English from the United States. I first started teaching English in college, and continued when I moved to China after my undergraduate studies. I then went back for two more years after my master's degree. From my experiences teaching and living in China, I understand the importance of cross-cultural communication skills. I love learning languages, and have studied French and Chinese at an advanced level, as well as some German, Japanese, Korean, and a tiny bit of Russian. I also enjoy travelling and meeting new people, but you can usually find me hanging out at home with my cats and dog, reading books, and watching movies. Whether you want to practice your conversation skills, prepare for an exam, write an essay, or ace a job interview, I can help you take your English to the next level. My classes are always student-focused, and designed to let you practice as much as possible. I will focus on your goals, and we’ll work together to identify and develop the skills you need for success. I'm always patient and friendly, so you feel supported during your lessons.
