Hi, I’m Xinyi from China 😊
I worked as an HR professional at a tech company for three years before returning to campus and becoming a student in Paris. Mandarin is my native language, and I have an international background from studying and living in different countries.

I'm new to tutoring on Italki. However, I have plenty of experience as a language learner, and I'd love to share these experiences. I’m currently learning French on my own, so I truly understand what it feels like to learn a new language. Making mistakes and hesitating is all part of the process.

I offer conversational Chinese lessons for adults (NO CHILDREN, sorry).
The main goal of these lessons is to create a comfortable space where you can speak Chinese freely and build confidence while achieving your personal goals.
I aim to create a relaxed and effective learning environment, helping you make steady progress at your own pace.

This was my first lesson in Chinese and I was excited, but also very nervous. Xinyi lǎoshī was so lovely that she made me feel at ease, so we spent a pleasant hour of freetalk. I'm so grateful because I found such a great teacher!

Xinyi is a good teacher. Having taken over 400 lessons on italki I am becoming something of an expert on this subject. Conversation is easy, flowing and forward moving with Xinyi; if she does not understand something I say then she handles this with grace and style. Xinyi has many talents. I think you should try Xinyi.
