She is a very good teacher. She understands English well, likely because of her time in Australia, which makes her explanations very clear and easy to follow. During the lesson, she prepared pictures and quizzes, and we were able to review them together in an engaging way. I would definitely like to continue to book lessons with her again, as she is an excellent fit for my needs as someone who needs help reviewing the basics.

As an older (61yrs) language learner Chihiro has been great. She has a relaxed casual style that puts my output anxiousness at ease. She guides me and explains grammar and vocabulary well and keeps me stretching to understand more of the language. When I get a new grammar concept or new vocab correct she is truly happy which shows her passion to teach and care for her students. I can’t wait for my next Japan trip to put what she has helped me learn into my daily conversations.

Chihiro San’s classes are very interactive and engaging. She is incredibly patient and teaches at a pace that I am comfortable with, always checking that I have understood before moving on to a new topic. She is very encouraging, and learning with her is always so much fun.
