I love my lessons with Kurt! I tend to be harsh on myself, getting upset over my mistakes, and after a few classes, I usually give up. But with Kurt, I dare to loosen up, to speak in Tagalog despite my mistakes, to ask all my questions (and I have a lot of them), or even to vent about my journey learning Tagalog. For the first time in many years, I’m sticking with it. And regular practice will bring the progress I’m looking for. So, thanks a lot, Kurt. I really value our lessons, no matter how messy I can be sometimes. I’m still shy about writing in Tagalog, but we’ll get there. 😊🙏🏼
