Hello! I live in Trois-Rivières, Guadeloupe, after a long sailboat journey, raising my 5-year-old son alone. Passionate about the sea, sailing, freediving, and spearfishing, I’m curious about many subjects and versatile. Meditation helps me stay balanced, understand my emotions, and face life with calm and awareness. Bonjour ! Je vis à Trois-Rivières en Guadeloupe, après un long voyage en voilier, et j’élève seul mon fils de 5 ans. Passionné par la mer, la voile, l’apnée et la pêche sous-marine, je suis curieux de beaucoup de sujets et polyvalent. La méditation m’aide à rester équilibré, à mieux comprendre mes émotions et à affronter la vie avec sérénité.

Antoine is a real pleasure to talk to, and always comes smiling with fun anecdotes and stories! Every time I have a lesson with him, it feels less like a lesson and more like a fun, free flowing conversation. Even when I can’t find the words to say what I want in French, it doesn’t hurt the flow of the conversation much, and and that makes me feel more confident.
