Hello! Iβm Gabby, a New York-based ποΈ English teacher with 11 years of experience. π©βπ« Growing up in an Italian-immigrant π family, I fell in love with how languages connect usβso much that I completed a double major in English and TESL/Spanish/French by 19, even creating my own ESL textbook. π©βπ π But my greatest joy in life is helping others. I love supporting my students as they reach their goals and unlock their full potential. πͺ I never tire of celebrating their success! π₯³Me as a Teacher
For over a decade, I've helped thousands, both in person and online, and of all ages, levels, and backgrounds to improve their English. I've spent 4,800+ hours teaching children from Asia online, many of whom progressed from beginners to native-like speakers. π― Working with children has given me a patient and gentle approach that all students appreciate. π§Έ I've also helped college students π to prepare for semesters abroad and professionals increase their fluency to advance their careers. πΌ Additionally, I bring an extensive knowledge of writing and grammar to my teaching.
