Hi, i'm Meriem, a pharmacist with a strong passion for languages, science and creativity. Science taught me how to be curious and analytical, but languages taught me how to connect with people, cultures and new ideas. This is exactly why i've always to learn various new languages like Japenese, Korean and Turkish. Outside of work, i love cooking, fitness and training at the gym. I also enjoy philosophy, music and playing vidéo games and i share most of these moments with my cat, Félix.

Meriem is a great teacher, that has really helped me to learn French. Her way of encouragement, and forcing me to try and learn from my failures has been a great way to learn, and I have been progressing incredibly quickly.

She is a an amazing tutor! During our trial lesson, she took time to understand my level in French, noting it down, and answered my questions regarding the website. During our normal lessons, she explains the material well, is super patient and kind, and has me forming sentences even though I'm a beginner. I would definitely reccommend her :))

The teacher’s behavior was not professional. I did not feel respected or properly guided during the lesson.

Arfi is really great and relatable. She balances structured learning with making sure the sentences I conjugate come from my personal experiences or are relevant to my life. This really helps me remember the words by connecting them to what I already know, rather than just memorizing through repetition. She also explains concepts really well. Some professors will just say certain grammar rules are "just the way they are," but she actually breaks down why things work the way they do in a way I can understand, so I don't have to rely as much on pure memorization.
