I'm 33 years old and have extensive teaching experience. In the past years I've taught Italian to newly arrived foreign young adults in Italy, and English and Spanish to preschool and primary school children. I currently tutor high school students in language subjects.
Ho 33 anni e diverse esperienze come insegnante. Ho insegnato italiano a ragazzi e adulti stranieri appena arrivati in italia, e inglese e spagnolo ai bambini della scuola primaria e dell'infanzia. I'm an energetic yet gentle and patient teacher. It's fundamental for me to empathize with my students and understand their learning styles and interests, and use those as a starting point to make my lessons more engaging and effective.
Sono un'insegnante energica ma allo stesso tempo dolce e paziente. Cerco sempre di entrare in empatia con i miei studenti e capire il loro stile di apprendimento, nonchè i loro argomenti di interesse e partire da quelli per rendere le lezioni più attraenti ed efficaci. My lessons & teaching style
My approach is communicative. In my classes, I try to encourage students to hypothesize about the language (active learning) and to overcome shame through a new understanding of mistakes. These, in fact, won't be corrected immediately by the teacher, as they are a useful part of the learning process. Only at the end of the lesson will there be a feedback session where students will have the opportunity to self-correct.My teaching material

Me gusta que Martina combina gramática con conversación. Me corrige solo lo necesario y es muy clara cuando habla italiano. Todo el tiempo me está hablando en italiano y eso me ha permitido una mejor comprensión del idioma. He progresado mucho y ya estoy empezando a armar frases y oraciones. Estoy muy satisfecho. 💪

Martina es muy creativa y se adapta a las necesidades, aporta ideas y herramientas para que pueda aprender mejor. Tiene gran dominio de los idiomas que maneja, especialmente Español e Italiano, que es lo que yo necesito. Estoy muy satisfecho de que sea y siga siendo mi profesora a distancia.💪

Martina è un'insegnante eccellente. Mi corregga dopo le lezioni dandomi aspetti positivi e negativi. Abbiamo dibattiti dei argomenti diversi e interessanti ogni volta per aumentare il mio vocabolario. Mi consiglio questa insegnate tantissimo.
