Certified IELTS and CELPIP Instructor With a Decade of Experience My name is Andrea! I'm originally from Virginia, United States, but I have been living in Cusco, Peru for the last three years. I love to travel and see our beautiful planet and learn about new cultures and people. I am a fluent Spanish speaker and I am now learning Quecha, the original language of the Inca empire. I also like to read, hike and make new friends. As a teacher, I try to remember my experience learning a new language. Learning a language should a joyful, and fun experience. So I try to make learning a relaxed and comfortable experience. I love questions! So never be afraid to ask. I like to use articles, videos and conversation topics in my lessos. I am empathetic and patient. My classes are a "no fear" zone. I find fascinating topics on travel, news, culture and business. We can talk about your favorite subjects as well. I like to discuss the videos and articles. I ask questions so that you can have the opportunity to talk. I give feedback that is easy to remember and like to make notes so that you can remember what you learn. I like to customize the lessons to your needs.
