I'm Filippo — Italian tutor, philosophy graduate, and someone who has actually been where you are. Living across Europe and South America and speaking five languages taught me more about language learning than any textbook ever could. I know what works, what doesn't, and how to get you speaking with confidence faster than you'd expect.
I'm currently pursuing the CEDILS certification through the University of Venice Ca' Foscari — because great teaching is a craft worth mastering and I'm committed to bringing the best to every lesson. Grammar is introduced in context, so it sticks. Every lesson is built around three pillars: vocabulary that actually matters, grammar that makes you fluent faster, and cultural immersion that keeps you motivated.

Filippo is hands-down the best language instructor I've ever had, across any language. I've now had several classes with him and every one is engaging and perfectly tailored to me. He chooses very interesting topics and dialogues that sound like real conversation, rather than sticking to dry textbook exercises. Nothing feels rote or boring. Instead, I end up speaking naturally and learning a lot a long the way. I'm progressing faster than I thought possible, and I'm always looking forward to the next lesson!
