I have learnt two languages to a fluent level through consistently prioritising conversations with native/advanced speakers. I believe it's the most natural way of learning new vocabulary in a natural context. As you force yourself to speak, becoming more confident in using the language. I have recently moved to Spain, but I still use the language every day.
