Hi, I’m Eli from the UK! I’m a TEFL/TESOL certified English tutor and a SEND Teaching Assistant with two years’ experience supporting children and young people. I’m calm, patient, and love helping learners grow their confidence. I’ve also worked as a kids’ club entertainer, live-in nanny, and in Hamleys toy shop, so I enjoy creating relaxed, friendly lessons that feel fun and natural. Teaching AssistantI work as a Teaching Assistant in a SEND high school, where we focus on the individual needs of every student. I’ve supported children and young people from a wide range of backgrounds, helping them build confidence in communication, literacy, and everyday skills. Kids Club EntertainerFrom around 2014 to 2023, I worked in various seasonal roles as an animator in hotels. I ran the kids’ club, created daily activity plans, and organised games, crafts, and themed sessions for children. I also led activities for teens and adults, including quizzes, sports, evening entertainment, and group events. Working with such a wide range of ages helped me develop strong communication skills, confidence in leading groups, and the ability to adapt activities to different language levels.
