ENG - Hi! I'm Sarah, I'm 25 and I live in Palermo, Sicily. I have a minor degree in languages and literature and I'm about to get a masters degree in "Italian for foreigners" at University of Bologna. My biggest passion and goal is to teach italian to those who want to get to know this beautiful language!
IT -Ciao! Sono Sarah, ho 25 anni e abito a Palermo, in Sicilia. Mi sono laureata in triennale in lingua e letteratura straniera e studi interculturali, e adesso sto per laurearmi in Lingua e cultura italiane per stranieri all'università di Bologna. La mia più grande passione e obiettivo è quello di insegnare l'italiano a chi ha voglia di imparare e conoscere questa meravigliosa lingua.
ENG - I am attentive to each student’s needs, patient, and motivated. I believe in learning based on trust, dialogue, and the appreciation of each individual’s strengths. To me, mistakes are not something negative, but a valuable opportunity for growth.

Per me l’errore non è qualcosa di negativo, ma una preziosa occasione di riflessione e crescita. Sarah is such a wonderful language partner and guide. I have thoroughly been enjoying our thrice weekly, 30 minute sessions. I wanted an opportunity to practice and learn without pressure, and the environment which Sarah creates enables me to do that. We speak about a wide range of topics which helps me expand my vocabulary in such a natural and authentic way. Sarah is incredibly patient, kind and generous, a top class human whom I highly recommend!

Sarah has proven to be a wonderful Italian teacher! She is patient, provides excellent examples and can grt into the nitty-gritty of grammar or just teach through conversation, depending on what I want each day. Highly recommend!

I am an older learner and Sarah let's me go at my own pace on my own topics which makes learning casual and easy to do. I didn't want an aggressive study routine or need Italian for a job/citizenship/test, and I appreciate that she is not overly corrective.
