Current college student and instructor 👩‍🎓💫 Why not learn Japanese with my personalized lessons? Hello! My name is Akari 🌈 I’m 20 years old and a college student attending a university in Tokyo. I was born and raised in Japan and have lived in Tokyo for over 15 years. My hobbies include sailing, traveling abroad, and watching YouTube, Netflix, and Disney+. I major in international politics and international communication, and since I’ve taken English classes and achieved an IELTS score of 6.0, I can generally communicate in English. I’m also studying Chinese as a third language at university, so I can speak a little Chinese. I use Google Docs to create personalized lessons. For beginners, I mainly use the GENNKI textbook, but I also have a variety of other activities prepared. For those aiming for JLPT N3 or N2, or who want to learn more advanced Japanese using a textbook, I’ll use the TRY! textbook. Of course, free-talk lessons are also very welcome! I want to create lessons that fit what you want to learn. I look forward to working with you!
