With my Italian heritage and a Languages for Business degree, I have been able to use my Italian throughout my professional career. I create a warm, positive, and nurturing learning environment! Or, I will continue continue and improve the fluency of the Italian you already know. I have worked as a trainer at Amazon too providing driver and customer support training to Italian speakers in the UK and Italian agents at the Amazon office in Cagliari. I also provided the same virtual training to home based English speakers in Egypt, Romania, Holland and South Africa. I was equally at ease providing mentoring, coaching and interview preparation skills to employees. I create a warm, positive, and nurturing environment for teaching and learning.
