Hello! My name is Rinia Evi. I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece and for the past eight years I have been living in Crete, a beautiful island where people from all over the world visit.
I am a musician-I sing and play the piano and a bit guitar. Music,songs and local culture help me connect with people and also make learning a language more natural and enjoyable. I believe combining study with real conversationn is the best way to learn.
In my free time I enjoy walking,swimming,cooking,gardening,and sharing music with friends.Me as a Teacher
As a teacher,I am patient,supportive and I trluly enjoy helping peoplel discover the Greek language. I understand that Greek is not always an easy language,so I approach each student with care,encouragement,and respect for their own learning pace.
I am organised and methodical in my teaching,while also creating a positive and relaxed atmosphere where learning can be enjoyable. In our lessons there will be focus and progress,but also mommenrs of fun and lightness. Through conversation,culture and practical examples,students can discover the beauty of the Greek languageand gradually build confidence using it in everyday life. My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are interactive,practical and adapted to each student's level and goals. In our lessons we will practice conversation,learn useful vocabulary,improve pronunciation,read short texts and do simple excercises that help students use the language naturally.
Our lessons take place live through video,so we can communicate directly and create natural learning expeperience. A typical lesson begins with a short conversation to warm up the practice speaking. Then we explore new vocabulary or a small text,followed by dialogue,questions,simple excercises and sometimes small games that make learning more enganging and enjoyable.My teaching material
