I’m originally from Tokyo, and I spent a year living in San Diego, California 🌴🌅
My mother is Taiwanese, so Chinese has always been a familiar language to me as well.
I currently work in IT security using English, and I also work as a tour guide in Tokyo as a side job 🙋♀️
I really enjoy spending time learning languages and cultures through fun conversations🫶

We first went over my two Japanese paragraphs
that I can use on my trip to Japan.
Then Yuka gave me Japanese phrases I can use
while I am traveling in Japan.
The class was a good one today to help build
my confidence in using the Japanese language.

It’s like a loosely structured dialogue, which I like. Very good about writing things down so you can study them over the week. Natural and personable. Decided to take Japanese on a whim and clicked on the first person I saw, glad I got yuka!

We read through two Japanese paragraphs
that I gave her. Yuka helped me with the
Japanese pronunciation.
Yuka also helped by giving me some useful
Japanese phrases to use for my upcoming
trip to Japan.
