Learn About Japan Through Fun Conversations‼️English OK🌸 Hi! I’m from Fukuoka, Japan, and Japanese is my first language. I studied abroad in Ireland in high school, where I learned English. I later lived in Tokyo for seven years before returning to Fukuoka. I currently teach Japanese online and also work in Japanese-English interpretation and tour guiding. I love languages, travel, and connecting with people from different cultures. I have traveled across Europe, Asia, and the US, so we can talk about Japanese culture, life in Fukuoka and Tokyo, travel, food, and more. I have taught Japanese online for over a year and currently have around 35 regular students. One of my strengths is explaining Japanese clearly and logically in English. I can help you understand grammar, differences between expressions, and the nuances of Japanese words. I’m also confident teaching keigo. Through my experience in an NGO, I learned appropriate Japanese for formal situations. I can teach natural polite Japanese, business keigo, and more formal expressions. I believe learning Japanese becomes more meaningful when you also understand the culture, customs, and ways of thinking behind the language. My lessons can include conversation, reading, listening, Japanese for travel, grammar, and cultural discussion. Whether you are a complete beginner, preparing for a trip to Japan, or an advanced learner who wants conversation practice, I can adapt the lessons to your goals. My goal is to make Japanese practical, enjoyable, and easy to understand.
