Nintendo Translator Helping You Master Japanese 🎮❤️ Hi, I’m Sunny! ☀️ As a certified multilingual teacher who speaks five languages, I’d love to support your Japanese learning journey! I have three years of experience as a language teacher (TEFL certified), and I worked professionally for five years as an English–Japanese translator for Nintendo and Minecraft. In addition, I graduated from International Christian University in Tokyo, Japan, where I took courses in media communications and psychology, conducted entirely in Japanese. I have a deep love for foreign languages, especially Japanese. I love reading, video games, nature, yoga, meditation, traveling, and of course, eating ✨ I have three years of professional experience teaching English in Japan, as well as one year of experience tutoring Japanese to university students. I also hold a TEFL certification, and because I’ve studied multiple foreign languages myself, I am highly skilled in the process of language acquisition. My teaching approach focuses on creating a safe and enjoyable learning environment where students can build confidence. Within that environment, I help students acquire Japanese naturally through context while incorporating scientifically backed learning methods such as shadowing, spaced repetition (SRS), and comprehensible input.
