Native Mandarin & Cantonese Speaker with Fluent English Support～ Hi, I'm Tofu from Malaysia. I am a native speaker of both Mandarin and Cantonese. My entire education, up to my Ph.D. in Chemistry, was conducted in English. You don't need to worry about communication barriers; I can explain complex Chinese pronunciations and contexts clearly in English. I enjoy chatting with people from different backgrounds. I believe making mistakes is the only way to improve. My main goal is to create a relaxed environment where you feel comfortable speaking Chinese. Because of my science background, I like to break down difficult tones, slang, and grammar into simple, logical steps. I am patient, straightforward, and ready to help you learn at your own pace. My classes are conversational and customized to your goals. We won't follow rigid textbooks. We can practice daily Mandarin vocabulary, talk about food, or discuss any topic you are interested in.
