Very professional, speaks perfect English which is important to explain complex advanced terms and just a very dedicated teacher in general. Frank got stuck in straightaway during our trial lesson with very practical questions. He shared his screen a lot and used the whiteboard a lot to write down new characters and phrases as he was saying them. He was friendly and made me very comfortable. I'll continue weekly!
