Fun, conversational Japanese lessons with an Osaka-native & Germany-based tutor Hi, I'm Riho! I teach conversational Japanese the fun way, so you can speak from day one. Originally from Osaka, I graduated from a top bilingual university in Japan and later completed a master's degree in the UK. After living in London for three years, I recently relocated to Germany. 🛤️ A little bit about my own language learning journey: I started studying English when I was 12 and achieved an advanced level (C1) in 6 years without living abroad. I've recently started learning German too! I offer conversational Japanese lessons for all levels - whether you're just starting out or a seasoned learner, I'm here to support your journey. 💚 My lessons are a great fit if you: - Want practical 'survival' Japanese for travelling or living in Japan - Prefer learning useful phrases and words before grammar and alphabets - Want to build or maintain conversational Japanese with a native speaker If you're a beginner, we'll start with everyday phrases you can use right away with support in English. If you're an intermediate or advanced learner, our lessons will centre on real conversations about topics you choose. While I normally speak standard Japanese in my lessons, I can also speak the Kansai/Osaka dialect if you're interested in learning or getting used to the dialect. I look forward to seeing you in class!
