I am a teacher with a bachelors in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, which sets me apart from casual tutors you find on italki. I have had many teachers on Italki (and in real life), and Audrey Ma is one of the best. She always comes prepared with topics, materials, and even textbooks. She makes herself available outside of class to go over my homework or answer questions. During class, she is warm, engaging, and so so helpful in explaining Chinese grammar and vocabulary. She is a very patient teacher and makes sure to use vocabulary that is relevant and useful. She is also very good at making sure that his pronounciation is correct and knows how to keep him on task. I am confident that he can acquire great language skills this way.
