Canadian degree | Business English, exam prep & living abroad Hi! My name is Dasha. I’m a Canadian scientist with 10+ years of experience using English fluently in Western academic and business environments. This makes me a multidisciplinary tutor: I teach English to professionals, students, and those who need it for everyday life. What we can focus on: 🗣️ Conversational English & accent: natural, fluent North American English (slang, idioms, and phrases from real life). 👩‍💼 Business English: resume writing, interview preparation, creating presentations. 🎓 Academic English: preparation for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and other exams. English for academic writing and scientific research. Why should you learn with me? 📈 I have 4 years of work experience in the Canadian business environment, including being a co-founder of a tech startup in Toronto. I posses a solid understanding of an English-speaking business culture. 🇨🇦 I graduated from a top Canadian university (York University) with a GPA of 3.9/4. I know exactly how to write essays, pass exams, and survive in an English-speaking academic environment. 🔬I have studied with leading experts in neuroscience and conduct research in cognitive science. I draw on this background to understand my students better and tailor my approach to their individual needs and goals. Book a trial lesson with me today! We will analyze your current level, set precise goals, and create a customized roadmap to your fluency. See you in class!
