Lia

I've had a few classes with Lia and am extremely impressed by her skills as a teacher. She is very friendly, adaptable to your level, and make lessons thoroughly enjoyable. I plan on continuing our lessons well into the future.

Lia is an amazing teacher. My daughter (12) has been learning with her, a couple of times a week, for about two years and she has made wonderful progress. Until now, she had been focussed on speaking but not she is also working on her reading and writing.

I have been learning Chinese with Lia, and I genuinely could not have asked for a better teacher. She is patient, encouraging, and very thoughtful in how she structures each lesson. She creates a relaxed environment where it feels safe to make mistakes, which has made a huge difference to my confidence and willingness to speak. Lia explains concepts clearly, adjusts the pace to suit my level, and always takes the time to make sure I understand before moving on. She is also very supportive and positive, which keeps the learning experience motivating rather than intimidating. Over time, she has helped me build a solid foundation while also keeping lessons practical and engaging.
