I am a native Italian speaker living and working in Genoa (North West of Italy). I hold a Master's Degree in Economics, in Project Management and Supply Chain Management. I have extensive training and tutoring experience developed in many years working as a consultant for major international firms and project manager for European and African NGOs.
At school I have been taught Italian grammar very well and I take pride in saying that I have what it takes to teach it to foreigners and also correct all the mistakes a foreigner might make.
I master both English and French, so you can always use either one or the other to express yourself may the need be.Me as a Teacher

Depending on what you are here for we can either have more "structured" classes or "conversational" ones.
During "structured" classes I’ll help you become fluent in Italian step-by-step, by following a customized learning path that combines effectiveness and simplicity, without making you bored or stressed. My method is perfectly suitable for beginners too.
During "conversational" classes I'll type EVERY single mistake that you might make in the chat and add the correct structure too, so at the end of the class we can look at it together, spot patterns and define a plan for the subsequent class.My teaching material

I’m not choosing descriptive adjectives because all of them might apply depending on the lesson and what we are doing. Andrea is a very good teacher and I have been doing lessons with him for more than a year.

Andrea’s conversation lessons are great! He is a rare find I’ll tell you! (I’ve taken about 1000 lessons for different languages) It’s essentially an immersion lesson and he only uses English when is absolutely necessary. I love how flexible he is and how easily we can switch from one thing to another. I need to mention the never ending questions… Andrea offers an absolute essential for quick and efficient language learning.

Andrea's lessons are always fun and engaging. He encourages me to speak and corrects my mistakes in a very supportive and patient way. He's also been amazing at accommodating my great disdain for grammar - no overwhelming lists of rules but rather "little grammar pills" whenever there's something important. Andrea is calm and competent, in less than a month he got me from knowing a few words to actually speaking and expressing myself. I genuinely enjoy our classes and I'm happy I chose Andrea as my first italian teacher. Grazie e grazie!
