Hi everyone! / Ciao a tutti! My name is Sonia and I'm Italian, I am originally from Bologna, but currently living in Liguria, in the north-western part of Italy. I'm a linguist and a teacher, but also a part time farmer! Besides Italian, I speak English, Swedish and Spanish. I love learning languages and meeting new people who can tell me about their culture, habits and interests. I would love to help you improve your Italian. I have experience in teaching languages to students with different backgrounds and goals. As a teacher I am patient, quiet and creative. I will do my best to make my students feel comfortable, so it will be easier for them to learn effectively. In this context I would like to make lessons feel like a conversation with a friend on interesting topics, with no fear of making mistakes. My lessons are based on your personal goals and requests. I hope I can help you with anything you need but I feel like speaking is what we're going to do most of the time, as I think it's crucial to learn a language and it's the only thing you can't do on your own!
