Cambridge CELTA-Certified English Teacher & Researcher | 7+ Years | Supportive, Goal-Focused Lessons Hi! I'm Ayça! I help English learners feel comfortable speaking, whether in everyday conversations, work meetings, interviews, or academic presentations. I'm a Cambridge CELTA-qualified English teacher with bachelor's and master's degrees in English Language Teaching and 7+ years of experience. I've taught learners aged 5–55, from university students to business owners, and received positive feedback as they've grown in confidence and communication. In our lessons, we can work on: - Natural conversation and speaking confidence - Business English, interviews, and presentations - Academic English and clear communication I've taught students from Türkiye, Italy, Ukraine, Belarus, Poland, Iran, Japan, China, Iraq, Russia, and Mozambique. I love discovering different cultures and perspectives through our conversations. My published research on speaking anxiety and self-efficacy shapes how I teach. I know pressure can make words harder to find, so I help you improve without losing the joy of conversation. I've studied in the UK, worked in Italy and Türkiye, and travelled solo across 13 countries. Outside teaching, I love music, paddleboarding, and sketching my original characters. I'm currently working on a fantasy novel featuring kingdoms, sea sirens, and political drama. If you're looking for a friendly, patient teacher who'll encourage you every step of the way, I'd love to meet you! Feel free to message me anytime and ask me anything! 🌱
