Native French Speaker and M.A. Linguist with 7 years of experience! TEF/TCF preparation! Hi learners. :) I'm Sarina, I’m from the city of Montreal, where I lived for 23 years. Now I live in Italy, and recently I graduated with a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Verona, in Italy. But most importantly, my experience has taught me what it means not to speak the language in a country, and I know it’s not easy! I have 7 years of experience teaching French as a second and foreign language, and as a linguist, the teaching methods I use are based on research in the field of Language Learning and Linguistics. If you're here, it's probably because you have goals you want to achieve and you need a little help. I'm here for that! As a tutor, my job is to support you in reaching your goals, whether it's passing an exam or simply being able to have a real conversation with your neighbors! My lessons are focused on your needs, and you'll have all the space to express yourself and learn from your mistakes. I use authentic French tools to practice your comprehension and speaking skills. If you're a complete beginner, we will use a structured approach, so learning (hopefully) doesn't feel overwhelming. If you're intermediate or advanced, we'll target your goals together and work to achieve them, whether you want to work on improving your vocabulary or grammar. Book a trial lesson and we can start working together. I am excited to meet you!
