I have just had a very useful first lesson with Luca. He encouraged me to get over my lack of confidence when it comes to actually speaking Italian (my main reason for booking a session with him) and I left the lesson feeling enthusiastic and excited about my progress. Luca is a wonderful teacher, and I don’t say this lightly, as I have been taking lessons with him for well over two years now. I love how he combines active language acquisition with cultural immersion, meaning that the topics we discuss always highlight an important aspect of the language while introducing me to one of the many fascinating facets of Italy.
