Dear Learners! I am delighted that you are here. My name is Alicja. I am a professional German Teacher from Poland with over 10 years of experience in teaching. I love languages, I live in Spain but I have been crazy about the Chinese language lately! Still, the German language stays as my favourite one.
Learning German is a wonderful journey, although I know that it can be sometimes quite a challenge, but if you are dedicated and willing to put in the extra effort then it is well worth it.
I hope to create for you pleasant learning atmosphere so that you can feel comfortable, motivated and enthusiastic about German.Me as a Teacher
Never has learning been so nearly accessible to everyone. However, there is the other side of the coin - the huge access to information causes a great deal of stress and makes it difficult to filter through and to make a decision based on your very unique needs and skills. While the final decision is yours, I will be with you and help you navigate through the ocean of information. And that will be part of our lessons.
The time you book is not only the time of learning German, but also the time when you can dispel all your doubts about the language learning process itself or to know how to work on successful implementation of your goals connected with learning German.My lessons & teaching style
In foreign language teaching, I will guide you along the way in 3 steps by:
- making a review of your language skills,
- adapting the right methodology
- giving you tools to increase your confidence and joy of learning.
In association with the type of career I have taken (German studies, theatre work, voice training and working on the radio and as a tourist guide), the scope of my methodology includes:
1) a special emphasis on foreign language melody
2) mistake understanding
3) language as a reflection of German history and culture
4) language as a tool for a richer experience of life.

I love lessons with Alicja! There is no boring classroom learning, but exactly what I need - a lot of talking! :) Alicja is teaching how to understand the logic of the language, the mentality behind it, so it's very easy to make connections and remember different concepts. Additionally, she's a very nice and friendly person and I can see how happy she is about my progress - which motivates me further :)
