Federico

Federico is a great teacher and fluent in English. He speaks very clearly and naturally, asks great questions to promote conversation, and can always clear up any doubts I have. He is respectful and attentive and fun to talk to. I have learned so much in a short amount of time!

I had a terrific lesson with Federico. He's very prepared and I like his teaching method. He's clear in both Spanish and English, and he's very willing to explain the nuances of the Spanish language. I'm definitely going to take another class with him.

I’ve done 7 classes with Federico so far and I’ve already noticed a lot of improvement in my Spanish! I mostly studied Spanish in university, so I had a good understanding of grammar and a decent vocabulary, but I really struggled to actually use it in real conversations. In our classes, I’ve been able to start using more complex grammar naturally while speaking, and I’m learning new vocabulary that actually applies to my life. It’s been super fulfilling to consistently practice conversation, get really helpful feedback, and gradually build on new grammar each lesson. I genuinely feel like my speaking has improved a lot already, and I’m way more confident. Even my professors and friends at university have commented on it! I highly recommend Federico as a teacher.

I have taken a lot of Spanish in my life - most of which I have forgotten. Federico is kind, extremely patient and a pleasure to learn with. I don't feel like he judges me if I don't know or can't remember something. Instead he is very supportive. He has also adapted his teaching style to meet my needs. I look forward to learning with Federico for the foreseeable future!

Federico's teaching methods are so thorough and innovative. He helps me to speak without interpreting in my head first. When we are doing our classes he gently guides me to help me to find the right word on my own. A couple of times, I easily said words in the flow of conversation and I don't even remember learning that word. When that happens I feel like fluency is just around the corner for me.
