My name is Sara and I come from Trentino, Italy. I like learning foreign languages and I hold a master's degree in English and French literature. I like reading, especially English, French and Russian literature and I enjoy mountain hiking and travelling.

Me as a Teacher

I hold a certification in 'Teaching Italian as a Second Language' and I have specialized in teaching Italian phonetics and pronunciation. I have been working as a foreign language assistant in secondary schools in France, where I created and implemented listening and speaking activities to help students improve their oral communication skills and their knowledge of the Italian culture. I have also been teaching French both online as an independent tutor and face-to-face in the voluntary sector.

My lessons & teaching style

Student motivation is at the core of my teaching practice. Language learning goals are defined together with the student, according to their specific needs and interests. I like using authentic materials during my lessons, such as videos, audio files and topical articles.
