I’m Lydie, a Portuguese teacher from the beautiful coastal city of Setúbal. Teaching languages is not just my job — it’s my passion. Portuguese is my native language, and I also speak English, Romanian and some French, so I understand exactly what it feels like to learn a language from scratch.
My goal is simple: help you speak Portuguese with confidence, clarity and joy.Me as a Teacher
I’ve been teaching Portuguese since 2016 and I frequently collaborate with several educational institutions, including Universidade Nova de Lisboa. I hold a postgraduate degree in Teaching Portuguese as a Non-Native Language, as well as TEFL and TEYL certificates.
I’ve taught hundreds of students from all over the world, from beginners to advanced learners. My strength is making grammar simple, building real conversation skills, and guiding you step by step until you feel at home in Portuguese. My lessons & teaching style
