Carine is a thoughtful, patient, and wise teacher. She comes prepared and provides ample material for review after the lesson. She uses the curriculum as a spine but elevates the lessons by adapting and upgrading the content for each child. Overall, we are grateful to have crossed paths with her.

I've taken lessons with Carine for over 2 years, & I'm glad to have her at my side as I continue to study French. Our lessons are structured but also flexible; they include conversation, grammar, vocabulary, dictées, reading French literature, & working through textbooks. Carine is knowledgeable & encouraging. She's also unfailingly patient with silly mistakes I make & has a great sense of humor. I've learned so much from her. Merci, Carine !

At the moment I believe that I have had over 170 lessons with Carine over the years, and she is without a doubt my favorite teacher. She is always patient, even when I make the same mistakes over and over. Sometimes we have very structured lessons around grammar or DELF exercises, and other times we have more casual lessons where we talk and discuss different subjects or current events. I can highly recommend Carine as a teacher, both for beginners and more advanced students :) 

I would recommend Carine to any French learner. She has helped me a lot in my preparation for my interviews with schools in France. She is helpful, sincere, and encouraging. Thank you!
