My name is Cynthia, I am 35 and I am a French native speaker. I am certified to teach French and English and I have been teaching both languages for more than 10 years in International schools around the world. I currently live in France and I offer French and English classes on italki for all levels ! Now is the best time to learn languages, so don't hesitate to reach out !Me as a Teacher
- I love to create entertaining and dynamic lessons, targetting your needs so you can make fast progress, and learn about the French/English culture at the same time.
- I enjoy discussing topical and social issues to link our lessons and discussions with the news and current affairs
- I am specialized in school tutoring and iGCSE, A-level, and IB examinations preparation.
- If you need to improve your French/English level for work proficiency, we can also look at specific business vocabulary and situations.
- Finally, I can recommend extra exercises if you want to push your practice further and do some extra revisions before the next session.My lessons & teaching style
First step: getting to know you and understand your needs and your goals. Discussing topics that you find interesting and things that you love is key for me to tailor my lessons around you.
Each lesson is adapted to meet your personal needs/goals. Extra materials are available for practice between the sessions.

It was very comfortable learning French with Cynthia. I appreciate her native French accent and her attention to detail in my grammar and pronunciation. She is very attentive and helpful explaining new vocabulary. We had a very clear video connection and the audio quality was excellent. The lesson flew by and I am using all her suggestions to improve my French. It's great her English skills are so strong so she can explain difficult French concepts in English.
