Hello! My name is Jelena and I am a professional Italian and Spanish Teacher. I graduated from the Faculty of Philology in Belgrade , and I have a master studies degree in Applied Linguistics. I love learning and teaching languages, I enjoy doing it and I hope you'll enjoy it too! Languages are so important to discover the world around us!Me as a Teacher
I started to do private lessons years ago, and I discovered I love it! Then I started to teach online in 2017. I had students from all over the world, and I have experience in teaching Italian, Spanish, English and Serbian to students of all ages and levels. I always try to make student feel comfortable, so I always listen their requirements and preferences. I have so much material that we can use for learning, so it's always student's choice. With some students I worked for several years and saw their progress from comletely beginner to being able to speak only in the target language.My lessons & teaching style
Depending on student's preferences we choose to focus on grammar, conversation, culture, some specific topic, or anything student is interested in. I always suggest full immersion in language we learn, so we can use everything from movies, music, recipes, artcles, ecc. SInce grammar is also important, I try to do half lesson grammar/book and half just conversation and practice. I also suggest individual work and practice, homework or other task I can give you if you have time for it.My teaching material
