Hi! I’m Paulius, a TEFL-certified Lithuanian and English tutor and podcast host. I create my own learning materials—including slides, exercises, texts, and videos—and combine them with trusted resources such as student books to make lessons immersive, balanced, and effective. Whether you are just starting out or looking to improve your fluency, my goal is to help you speak confidently and enjoy the learning process.
As a language learner myself, I understand how challenging it can be to stay consistent and confident when learning a new language. That is why I support my students in ways that match their individual needs, preferences, and personalities. I strive to create a comfortable and encouraging learning environment where you feel safe to make mistakes, ask questions, and grow at your own pace. My goal as a teacher is to guide you toward real, lasting progress—not simple memorization—by helping you find joy and purpose in the learning process.
In my lessons, I take a conversational approach to language learning, focusing on helping students communicate confidently and naturally. You will develop your skills through a balanced mix of reading, writing, listening, and—most importantly—speaking. I combine custom-made materials, including slides, exercises, and videos, with trusted resources such as student books to keep lessons both structured and flexible. Paulius is a fantastic and gifted teacher! His lessons are always so very fluid and conversational, that I find that I'm learning just by conversing with him.
He is super patient with me, as I fumble my way through pronunciations. He uses current and relevant topics to make his teaching points stick.
