I'm originally from Murmansk, Russia (it lies over 2° north of the Arctic Circle), but I've been living in Singapore for the past 10 years. I love living in such a different culture, being surrounded by people from all around the world.Me as a Teacher
From my personal experience, I realized that you only improve at a language if you communicate more. It's very important not only to talk or to listen but to engage in a conversation. I'll find interesting topics to discuss, so your classes will never be boring.
I’m laid back, friendly, encouraging, and honest. I’ll create a comfortable environment where you can feel at ease experimenting with the language. My lessons & teaching style
Lessons with me are casual, adaptable and constructive. I always prepare a topic with questions to discuss. I give grammatical corrections throughout the lesson. I have my own topics of interest which I love to share and discuss and I am also always willing to learn new things and hear about your areas of interest.My teaching material
