Jane kids&adults

Due to the unexpected school closures with Covid-19, my children have been learning Chinese with Jane everyday. I can see their improvement and progression. They have been engaged and happy learning with Jane.

Jane is an exceptionally good teacher. Today I had my 9th lesson with her. I tried a number of other professional teachers here on italki, too. These are my thoughts about Jane: professional: - no interruptions (phone calls, doorbell, noise) - uses proper laptop (instead of mobile phone) and good headphones - has good internet connection - has all the resources at hand good teacher: - keeps track of past lessons (so she can easily refer new introduced grammar from earlier lessons) - knows how to adapt to student's very special requirements (for example, she understands that I need her to help me to make flashcards with "weird" word-for-word translations - she's not only able to cope with my requirement easily, she even likes the challenge of it!) - and what I like most: the lessons with Jane are fun and very efficient (we get a lot of stuff done in a short time) I don't write such a review light-heartedly, but I can highly recommend Jane to everybody.

Jane is a great teacher, I tried to study Chinese on my own for a while but with my busy life it was hard to do. Jane helps me stay focused and learn far more than I would have on my own.

Jane is a top operator and makes classes highly enjoyable. She also really cares about my learning journey, 10/10

I think Jane is the best teacher you could ever find. Her patience and dedication is unrivaled. Her history of teaching and combined with her exceptional English was the biggest determining factor when selecting a teacher. While I am not a complete beginner, I am still new enough that my tones and grammar need improvement. She has done a fantastic job coaching me so far. I’m so excited to have Jane as my teacher!
